TWO BEDROOM DOWNSTAIRS UNIT
The downstairs unit of the Moclips Ocean Cliff House features a large common room
with gas fireplace, full kitchen, dining table, living area with TV, and a queen sleeper
sofa. The master bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The second bedroom has two
twin beds. A large, luxury, tiled bathroom completes the space. Picture windows on
the ocean side run the length of the unit, giving a very fine view of the ocean and
windswept trees. The backdoor gives immediate access to the beautifully
landscaped backyard with its fire pit, cliffside deck, and stunning ocean view.
LARGE FIVE BEDROOM HOUSE
This is a 5 bedroom, 2600 square foot house. The two floors may be rented
separately. Both units feature a fully-equipped kitchen, master suite with king size
bed and ocean view, deluxe bathrooms, a gas fireplace, and a beautiful interior
finish with marble and tile. The upper floor has two decks to take maximum
advantage of the view.
HISTORIC MOCLIPS
Moclips has attracted visitors for a century to its wide, sandy ocean beaches. The
beach stretches for 30 miles from Point Grenville on the Quinault Indian Nation to
the North Jetty at the southern tip of Ocean Shores. The beach is backed up by red
sandstone cliffs with a beautiful, windswept forest on top.
