TWO ACRES ON THE CLIFFSIDE
The house sits on two acres on the cliffside above Sunset Beach. The yard is
beautifully landscaped front and back with a fire pit, cliffside deck and seating area,
green grass, and plantings. Windswept trees line the cliffside and march down to
the beach down a neighboring gully. Giant spruce trees dominate the forest away
from the wind. Deer will often step out of the forest for a bit of grazing.
The large built-in, masonry fire pit becomes the communal focus of the house as
guests spend most of each evening gathered around it. Pick up firewood, kindling,
a starter log, and matches at the D&K Grocery in nearby Pacific Beach.
During daylight hours you'll be hard-pressed to pull yourself away from the cliffside
deck with its magnificent beach and ocean view.
An outdoor barbeque grill is also provided.
