| 4 SUITES / MANY CONFIGURATIONS You can rent the suites in any combination. Discounts are available for renting an entire house or both houses. Group sizes can range Each house has upstairs and downstairs suites. from 4 to 34. Pets are allowed in all but the Retreat House upper suite. The two houses share the hot tub cabana, fire pit, street parking, and trail to the beach. Individual suites are described below: RETREAT HOUSE UPPER SUITE The marvellous Retreat House upper suite is pictured here. Click on the photo album to see photos of the other three suites. This suite enjoys the best views on the highest deck and through its unobstructed wall of windows. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are combined in one great room - all with views. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms line the back of the house. The master suite has a queen sized bed and attached bathroom with wonderful tiled, double-headed shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The kids will enjoy the bunk room with double bunk beds. Two sleeper sofas are provided in the living room. Amenities include the big 62 inch living room TV, a second TV in the master, DVD players, cable TV, full kitchen, big dining table, wireless Internet, Adirondack deck chairs, outdoor barbeque, two car garage, and laundry. RETREAT HOUSE LOWER SUITE This suite is laid out and furnished exactly as the suite above. The only difference is that the view is slightly obscured by the deck stairwell and the views are obviously not from as high a vantage point. BEACH CABIN UPPER SUITE This is an older house with eclectic furniture and decorations. It feels like your Grandma's beach house: a home away from home. It features a high deck with great view, picture windows from the living room and 2nd bedroom, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 sleeper sofa, TV, VCR, cable, WiFi, DVD collection, board games, gas fireplace, telescope. Sleeps six. BEACH CABIN LOWER SUITE This is the closest suite to the hot tub! A cozy one bedroom unit with queen bed, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, dining table with view, deck, and similar entertainment amenities as the suite upstairs. Include a laundry room. Sleeps four. |
