| UNIQUE BEACHFRONT + CLIFFSIDE PROPERTY The two houses comprising the Moclips Beach Retreat are unique on the Washington coast. You can walk directly onto the beach from our property, but the houses are set up a bit on the cliff, which greatly improves the view. The trouble with many beachfront properties is that the ocean is a thin line on the horizon. From our decks you can see far out onto the ocean and up and down the coast. MANY WAYS TO ENJOY THE VIEW Both houses drink in the view through their large picture windows. The best views are enjoyed from the decks attached to each unit. The enclosed hot tub cabana has a fine view of the ocean - a rare feature on the coast. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit to watch the sun set and the stars revolve. 4 SUITES IN 2 HOUSES FOR ANY SIZED GROUP The modern Retreat House is comprised to two suites with identical floor plans. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are combined in a great room concept behind a wall of windows. Three bedrooms at the back plus the living room sleeper sofa can accommodate 10 guests. Garage parking for two cars per suite is available. The cozy and comfortable Beach Cabin sleeps four downstairs in the 1 bedroom suite and six upstairs in the 2 bedroom suite. The hot tub cabana is attached to this house. That's a total group size of 34 through four suites. Large groups can gather indoors in either of the Retreat House great rooms. Discounts are available for renting multiple suites. Pets are permitted in all but the upper Retreat House suite. |
