| CAPE SEBASTIAN Surely one of the windiest places on Earth: what seemed to be a calm day elsewhere along the coast was so windy on Cape Sebastian that we could hardly stand up. My wife refused to get out of the car. The road brings you out to two viewpoints 200 feet above the ocean, where you can see a combined 90 miles of coastline north and south. The ocean view is also marvellous, of course. I've read that there is a short trail that takes you further out on the cape, but we were thinking mostly of getting back in the car.
