water park at Silverwood, the beautiful mountain
itself with its views and wildflowers, and much
besides.

INTERIOR AND AMENITIES
The condo's interior was finished in the finest
materials: knotty pine cabinetry and paneling, tile
floors and counter tops, wood trim around doors
and windows, and many decorative items.  The
outdoor decks take advantage of the
tremendous view of the forested mountain
ridges and the resort village.  The many
amenities of the condo include hot tub, wireless
Internet, TV with cable programming, stereo, gas
fireplace, extensive family game collection,
movie collection, outdoor barbeque, and a
foosball table.

TWO UNITS
This two-level condo is available in 2, 3, or 4
bedroom configurations, sleeping a total of 10
persons in beds with more possible on floor
mattresses.  Both levels feature a Great Room
with full kitchen, dining and living areas.  Two
bedrooms are found on each level.  The lower
great room has two sleeping alcoves.  Each level
has its own deck.

LOCATION
Schweitzer Mountain sits above the town of
Sandpoint, Idaho and Lake Pend Oreille.  
Sandpoint is reached in one hour from Coeur
D'Alene, an hour and a half from Spokane, and 5
1/2 hours from Seattle.
