| CHRISTMAS BOAT The Argosy Christmas Ship sails every evening from late November up to December 23rd. We tried the December 23rd cruise with Santa Claus. The boat departs from Kirkland's Carillon Point. The dock was decorated with Christmas trees. It was a bright, sunny afternoon and we snapped lots of pictures. On board the ship we had a fine buffet dinner. We crossed meanwhile to Sand Point, where we met Christmas carolers on the shore and encountered a fleet of lighted ships that followed us back across the lake.
